2. Flexibility: Want to be totally hands-off? We’ve got you covered! Want to do your own repairs when they come up? Fine with us! Checkmate understands that it’s your property. We’ll partner with you to help where you want it, and stay out of the way when you don’t.
3. Service: We’re a small business, not a start-up. We don’t have investors to satisfy or debt obligations to meet. That means our only motivation is to serve you well and ensure that you get the most out of your property.
