Our standard fee is just 15% of the nightly rate—well below industry norms—providing property owners fairer and maximized returns. Most companies charge their percentage on the gross revenue which is the nightly rate plus the cleaning fee plus any other fees. We believe that the cleaning fee should be a pass through cost and we do not think it is fair to take a commission on that. It’s time you stop losing money on the cleaning fees as a host!
